Proactive PLUS Roofing Rewards
We recommend larger homes or homes surrounded by lots of trees to choose our next step of residential roofing maintenance. You receive all the same benefits of our proactive roofing rewards PLUS the added benefit of skylight cleaning, gutter cleaning, and tree-trimming. If you’ve ever gotten a quote for your gutters or trees, you know how costly that could be! With our monthly-billed maintenance programs, not only are you saving money, but the overall cost is spread out over 12 months so you’re not hit with a big, surprising bill!

Our basic package comes with a 21-point annual inspection and condition report for your records. We provide a no-dollar limit warranty on all materials needed for your business and comprehensive warranty assurance.
Your business is monitored by active weather satellites so that we know when you’re impacted by severe events. No major hail or wind storm will ever be ignored. Our storm safeguard portion of the package ensures your roof is in top shape before spring storms and hurricane season, saving you the time, money, and effort of major repairs further down the line. You’ll also receive 5% off of our business pricing guide for any services you want or need.
Standard Bundle
Our standard bundle is our most popular and there’s good reason why. Not only does it appeal to most business owners, but it’s where you get the most “bang for your buck” with Roof Experts maintenance. You are entitled to all of the services provided in the Basic Bundle as well as annual drain system rejuvenation, flow assurance proper draining systems, sealant revival, and 10% off our pricing guide.

Premium Bundle
Our Premium Bundle clients are given all of the services of the Basic AND Standard Bundles, along with added benefits. The top-tier plan also includes an annual roof cleaning (yes, even for those big businesses!), a full wash of membrane roofing, 15% off any roofing services, and full eligibility to receive Roof Armour, a premium coating for your exterior building needs.
