Our Workmanship Warranty — 5 Years

Every residential roof installation includes a 5-year workmanship warranty. If anything fails due to how we installed your roof, we return and fix it at no cost to you — no fine print, no runaround.

Manufacturer Material Warranty

Your roofing materials come with a separate manufacturer warranty that covers product defects. There are two levels:

Standard Manufacturer Warranty (20–50 years, prorated)

Covers the cost of shingle replacement if a material defect occurs. Labor, tear-off, and disposal are not included. Coverage decreases over time on a prorated basis.

Upgraded Manufacturer Warranty (10–30 years, non-prorated)

An upgraded warranty can be purchased that covers materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal for the full warranty period — no proration. This is the warranty we recommend for homeowners who want complete peace of mind. Ask your Roof Experts representative about upgrade options during your free inspection.

All commercial roof installations are backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty covering any installation-related issues.

NDL Manufacturer Warranty (No Dollar Limit)

Commercial roofing systems qualify for NDL (No Dollar Limit) manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 to 30 years. NDL coverage means:

• System failure repairs — If an open seam, material failure, or installation-related defect occurs, the manufacturer covers all repair costs
• Full roof replacement — If the roof system completely fails, the manufacturer pays to replace it entirely
• No dollar cap — Unlike standard warranties, NDL coverage has no limit on what the manufacturer will pay
