Put plainly: a third-party roll-off is not lawful in Forney. A roofing company that runs its own container fleet — which is most of them — cannot legally put one on your driveway here. We book through CWD as part of scheduling, before the tear-off is set.
The permit is $50 for a re-roof, the cheapest in this area. Re-inspection is $50 an hour, after-hours inspection $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum.
