Our Booth: The Best Stop in Lower South Hall

We set up at booth 1525W in the lower south hall and make it a destination worth visiting. Open bar, fresh coffee, and the most approachable group of roofers you’ll ever meet. We believe the best business relationships start with a genuine conversation, and ICSC gives us the perfect setting for exactly that.
We take pride in our booth — not just because it looks great, but because it reflects who we are. Come for the drink, stay for the roofing talk. We work across Texas and beyond, with offices in Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Georgia, and Louisiana licensing more recently added. Whatever commercial roof you’re managing, we probably know it.

One of our favorite ICSC traditions is giving away something memorable. At one convention we ran a photo booth challenge — best photo wins. Our winner was Nathan Johnson, a hard-working town administrator from Quinton, Oklahoma, who walked away with a brand new Arctic Cooler. At another, we raffled off a pair of Beats headphones to Anthony Fletcher, a city planner from Vineyard, Utah — one of the fastest-growing cities in the country (the population grew 100-fold in just 10 years). It’s always a highlight getting to know the people behind the titles.
We’re as serious as the Jedi order. We just don’t look it.
