ICSC was a resounding success! We had a great time being the fun roofers at the convention and loved getting to know everyone. In this post, we’d love to highlight some of the connections made at ICSC and what we’re looking forward to at our next one! Notable Connections Made at ICSC
First up is Bret Schlanger at Prime Construction Consulting. Bret started the company himself and boasts over a decade of experience in Storm Restoration. He assists in every step of the process, from filing claims to reconstruction and roof replacement. We were are happy to know him and look forward to working together!
Next, we had a great time with Jonathan Rogero of Omega GC Construction Services. Omega GC proudly serves the private sector of clients, providing specialized construction services in San Antonio and throughout Texas. Omega GC is the little sister of Alpha Building and the two have established themselves as essential, state-wide construction businesses. Can’t wait to roof a new business with you!
Then, we were delighted to spend time with Liam Denholm of Colonial Commercial Real Estate. Managing commercial properties is a multi-faceted job that Colonial has down to a science. With over 4 million square feet under their management, it is safe to say that they are a fixture of the Dallas Fort-Worth community. Their expansive reach and our commercial services are bound to make a lasting impression.
Conference participation is essential to growing businesses. We loved getting to connect with these businesses and so many more, discussing the ways our industry can work together to improve the client experience.
